At Remy Jayne, every item is printed to order just for you. This allows us to reduce waste while creating your apparel specifically for your order.
Because every item is printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or buyer's remorse.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly replace it.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
Once we review your request, we'll send a replacement if your order qualifies.
